Sacred Thresholds, LLC is a virtual practice operated by Rae Johnson-Moonstone.

Rae is licensed to practice professional and clinical counseling in North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Colorado, and California. Click here to view full credentials, license numbers, and board information.

Language of Practice: All clinical and coaching services at Sacred Thresholds, LLC are conducted in English. The practice does not utilize translation or interpretation services. Clients must be comfortable communicating and receiving care in English.

A Sacred Boundary

Please note: Coaching is not psychotherapy. It is not a substitute for clinical mental health counseling, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention. If you are currently experiencing active clinical trauma, severe psychiatric symptoms, or require a diagnostic clinical assessment, we will look to our clinical therapy pathway (if you reside in my licensed states) or help you connect with local clinical resources in your area.

If we have started the coaching process and a mental health professional’s intervention is warranted, you will be referred to mental health therapy outside of this practice.

I do not fluidly cross between these containers with the same client; once we establish our path together, we honor that specific boundary to preserve the safety and integrity of your process.
