A Note on the Threshold Hours

Before you fill out the form below, please take a moment to drop into the unique rhythm of this container. Sacred Thresholds operates exclusively as a twilight and early dawn practice. All virtual sessions are held between 3:30 AM and 6:30 AM CST.

This is an intentional sanctuary for those who want to give their cleanest, most undisturbed hours to their own healing and sovereignty—before the day demands a single thing from them.

The Boundaries of the Practice

Geographic Boundaries: To request a clinical therapy consultation, please ensure you are physically located within my state(s) of licensure (NC, VA, TX, CO, or CA) for our sessions. (Note: Global coaching and spiritual direction containers are unrestricted by geography.)

Communication Boundaries: To preserve the energetic stillness and focused nature of this practice, I do not manage an open telephone line for inquiries. All consultation requests and initial communications are securely managed via the online form below. Additionally, all clinical and coaching services at Sacred Thresholds, LLC are conducted in English. The practice does not utilize translation or interpretation services. Clients must be comfortable communicating and receiving care in English.

Pre-Consultation FAQs

  • A: Yes, absolutely. While Clinical Mental Health Therapy is strictly limited by state licensing laws to residents of NC, VA, TX, CO, and CA, my Spiritual Direction & Coaching containers (including Somatic Sovereignty, Sacred Lament, and The Sovereign Personal Project) are non-clinical and available to seekers globally.

    • Clinical Therapy is a healthcare-based relationship designed to treat, manage, or heal clinical mental health diagnoses, severe nervous system dysregulation, active trauma, and chronic pain.

    • Spiritual Direction & Coaching is a non-clinical partnership focused on personal growth, cycle literacy, navigating natural life transitions or grief, and project execution.

    • Please note: I do not fluidly cross between these containers with the same client to preserve the clinical and energetic integrity of your process.

  • Because of strict licensing laws, I cannot provide clinical mental health therapy to anyone residing outside of my licensed states. If our consultation reveals that you require clinical-level support (such as active trauma processing or psychiatric care) and you reside elsewhere, I will lovingly direct you to seek a licensed clinical professional in your local area.

  • Q: Do you take insurance?

    A: Yes, for Pathway 1: Clinical Therapy only. I partner with Grow Therapy to accept a variety of insurance plans for residents physically located in NC, VA, TX, CO, and CA.

    When you submit an inquiry, we will securely verify your benefits before your first session so you know exactly what your co-pay will be. (Please note: Insurance companies do not cover non-clinical Spiritual Direction or Coaching).

    Q: What are your out-of-pocket rates if I don't use insurance?

    A: Clinical Therapy: The initial Intake Assessment is $160 (60 minutes), and ongoing sessions are $135 (50 minutes).

    Coaching & Spiritual Direction: The 3-month containers are priced to be accessible and spacious:

    Somatic Sovereignty: $600 total (or $200/month)

    Sacred Lament: $600 total (or $200/month)

    The Sovereign Personal Project: $690 total (or $230/month)

    Q: How does the monthly payment plan work for Coaching?

    A: To make the 3-month containers as financially gentle as possible, you can choose to pay the full investment upfront or split it into three equal monthly payments (debited automatically at the start of each month of our container). There are no hidden fees or interest charges for choosing the monthly path.

    Q: How do I apply for one of your Community Equity Slots?

    A: I reserve a dedicated number of discounted slots in each seasonal cohort for individuals experiencing systemic or acute financial hardship.

    You do not need to submit tax returns or "prove" your financial situation to me. If you need an equity slot to make this work possible for you, simply mention it in the designated space on the contact form below, and I will let you know my current availability.
