Behind the Practice

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of clinical experience, dedicated to holding space for deep feelers, high-functioning professionals, and seekers navigating profound thresholds in their lives.

My journey over the last two decades has been defined by a commitment to moving past the surface of traditional "talk therapy" to understand the true architecture of human suffering and reclamation. This path led me to look deeply at the intersections of the unconscious mind, the physical body, and the natural seasons of human life.

I have extensively studied mind-body medicine and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) under Dr. Howard Schubiner, equipping me with advanced tools to help clients structurally retrain their nervous systems and break the chronic "danger loops" driving centralized physical pain, anxiety, and exhaustion. My work is further enriched by ongoing training in menstruality mentorship and the rhythmic, seasonal architectures of psyche and biology.

Whether we are navigating the terrain of a chronic symptom, mapping the internal archetypes of your psyche, or learning to pace your life sustainably, my role is to help you safely read the terrain of your system and step into your own conscious leadership.
